Advanced Semiconductor Devices, Epitaxial Wafers and Equipment
We process and fabricate advanced compound semiconductor wafers using the equipment we make and sell. OSEMI has an 18,000 square foot Wafer Fab AND an additional 15,000 square feet, dedicated to the Design and Build of Equipment.
Our facilities, IP, pioneering equipment and team of specialists allow us to characterize new materials, devices and III-V circuits. We use the equipment we sell to improve products. We produce prototypes and run pilot production wafers for our customers.
